We, Ema & Ewan, are so happy to invite you for a Cacao ceremony and Ecstatic Dance experience like no other!

We want to invite you to explore your body through conscious movement, to let yourself be in this immersive experience and let your body get fully relaxed and driven by the melodies and sounds surrounding you.

We are so excited to share in our celebration and love for ecstatic dance and music that moves through us.
You might find yourself surrendering to the rhythm, dancing like nobody is watching you or connecting with other people in a non-verbal way!

It is the space to unleash your playfulness, let your inner child or animal come out and just be in this present moment as it is. Come and release all the energy from your body, mind and soul, and connect with your heart in the way that works best for you.

Cacao Ceremony
We would like to share the magic of this plant that has been used for thousands of years to connect, unite and manifest abundance. A unique experience to reconnect with the energetic space of your heart because opening the heart enables and embraces who we truly are.
We are going to use high quality Pure raw cacao from the sources we trust and use for ourselves. To help activate cacao we are going to use different spices, so if you have any allergies or concerns about it please send us a message!
To receive all the benefits of cacao we recommend you come on an empty stomach and just have a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the dance.

Sound Healing Journey
At the end of our ecstatic dance we will share the magic of sounds and different vibrations moving through your body and letting you go in a very deep relaxation state. You may experience a number of different sensations, including: visions, emotional shifts, blockages releasing, answered questions, inspiration, a sense of deep connection with intuition, retrieval of memories, physically vibrating/tingling, deep relaxation. You may also experience none of these things, and just have the pleasure of lying still, while being bathed in the healing sounds and vibrations.

Guidelines:
– No alcohol or substances
– No devices during the whole event
– No talking on the dance floor
– No shoes to feel all sensations throughout your body
– No meals 2 hours before the cacao ceremony
Be aware that there is a limited amount of tickets. Book your spot !

There is no choreography or guidelines on how you are supposed to move!
Just follow your inner guidance, your inner dancer and just move through the rhythms of love and light coming through you.
