I denne workshop med Dans i Kontakt danser vi med temaet AUTENCITET. I workshoppen skal vi kontakte vores krop, vække den og mærke dens impulser og bevæge os med dem. Vi vil mærke kontakten til vores egen krop gennem kontakten til andres. Vi går med det, der er, som det er.
Igennem 2 timer vil vi udforske vores krops impulser, lade os føre og blive ført og skabe spontan co-creation med andre deltagere i bevægelse. Workshoppen indeholder bevægelse med dig selv, i par og med den kollektive gruppe af deltagere. Ingen forudgående erfaring med dans er nødvendig – hvis du har lyst til at bevæge dig og lade dig blive bevæget, så er denne workshop for dig!
Om Dans i Kontakt
Dans i Kontakt er bevægelse i nuet.
Bevægelse med bevidsthed.
Bevægelse med dig selv og i gensidig kontakt med andre – fysisk som ikke-fysisk.
Det er fri, improviseret bevægelse uden ord og koreografi, hvor vi inddrager elementer fra Kontakt Impro, Dance Alchemy og Authentic Movement.
Dansen kan være langsom, vild, sanselig, sensuel, legesyg – og altid uventet. Nysgerrigheden er centrum i denne praksis, når vi går på opdagelse i vores krop, dens impulser og præferencer. Du vil opdage, at dansen er et spejl på både din relation til dig selv og andre: Tør du være dig selv? Tør du gå med dine impulser? Kan du lede med tydelighed? Kan du hengive dig i tillid? Kan du mærke dine grænser – og sætte dem?

Som dansefacilitator, yogalærer og psykolog er jeg optaget af at udforske måder, hvor vi kan (gen)skabe kontakten til os selv og vores omverden, så vi kan hvile i os selv, og være dem vi er. Det trygge rum er førsteprioriteten i mine workshop, så du som deltager kan være åben, ærlig og autentisk. Mine praksisser sigter mod at forbinde krop og sind, og til det formål afholder jeg workshops og 1:1 behandlinger, hvor jeg anvender elementer fra dans, yoga, skrivning, meditation, psykoterapi og systemisk opstilling.

DANCE IN CONTACT
Can you sense your body’s impulses?
Do you dare to follow them?
Do you long to?
In this Dance in Contact-workshop we will move with the theme of AUTHENTICITY. In the workshop we will contact our body, awaken it and sense it’s impulses and move with them. We will explore the contact to our body through the physical contact to other bodies. We will move with what arises.
Throughout the 2 hours we will move to the impulses of our body, let us be led and lead others and create spontaneous co-creation in movement with other participants. The workshop entails movement with yourself, in pairs and with the group as a collective. No previous experince with movement or dance is necessary – if you long to move end be moved this workshop is for you!
About Dance in Contact
Dance in Contact is movement in the presence.
Movemement with consciousness
Movement with yourself and in contact with others – physical and non-physical.
It is free, improvised movement without words and choreography where we draw on elements from Contact Impro, Dance Alchemy and Authentic Movement.
The dance can be slow, wild, sensuous, playful – and always unexpected. Curiosity is at the heart of this practice as we explore our body, it’s impulses and preferences.
You will discover that the dance is a mirror of your relation to yourself and others: Do I dare to be myself? Do I dare to follow my impulses? Can I lead with clarity? Can I surrender in trust? Can I sense my boundaries – and enforce them?

Wear clothes that you are comfortable moving in.
If there are non-Danish speaking participants the class will be facilitated in English.

A dance facilitator, yoga teacher and psychologist I’m passionate about exploring ways of connecting to ourselves and each other so we can embody more of who we are. First and foremost, I’m dedicated to creating a safe space in my workshops that allows participants to be open, honest and authentic. My practices aim at connecting mind and body, and to that end I facilitate workshops and 1:1 treatment where I incorporate elements from dance, yoga, writing, psychotherapy, meditation and Systemic Constellation.
